You will be called to the buffet line by table. Please help yourself to the appetizers on the grazing table at any time!
Wedding Raffle
At your seat you will find several raffle tickets. Hold on to these until the DJ announces the winners later in the reception.
Advice and Wishes
At your seat you will find a card for advice, wishes, and date night activity suggestions for the happy couple. Submit your cards on the table in front of the DJ.
Cards and Gifts
Thanks so much if you brought a card or monetary gift for the couple. Please drop your card or gift into the lock box on the table in front of the DJ.
Bride and Groom Entrance
We’re not in New Orleans but sometimes you just wanna celebrate like it! Join in the fun as the bridal party and the happy couple enter the venue after photos on a traditional second line song!
90's Dance Competition
Growing up in the 90’s meant fly girls, cool clothes, and of course the best hip hop jams that ever existed!
Join the fun by selecting a representative from both the bride’s family and the groom’s family to go head to head in a 90’s dance competition.
Each competitor gets 3 minutes to show their best 90’s dance moves to the DJ’s mix.
The bridal party will vote on the best dancers. The bride and groom will break any ties.
The winner gets a $150 gift certificate!
Bride or Groom Game
Let’s see how well the happy couple know each other! Join in the guessing game of bride or groom! During this portion of the reception the bride and groom will sit in the center of the dance floor back to back and answer questions from the DJ about them, their relationship and who does what the most!
Photo Wall
Feel free to take your own selfies and group photos using the backdrop along the wall on the left side of the reception hall. Tag all photos posted on social media #btxwashingtonwedding2025.
Guest Photos
The happy couple will greet each table and pose for photos during the reception. Photos with guests will be posted on the couple’s website after the wedding.
Photo Gallery
Check back on the website two to three weeks after the wedding to see a photo gallery of wedding ceremony photos and wedding reception photos. Also check the bride’s social media.
